41 Aspen Circle is a fully-furnished private rental unit at Graeagle's Plumas Pines Estates. The town of Graeagle and its renowned High Sierra golf courses are just minutes from your door, and the Middle Fork of the Feather River flows right by Plumas Pines.
· The 1925-square-foot Aspen Circle villa was remodeled and completely refurnished in 2005. The 3-bedroom 3-bath villa accommodates 2 to 10 guests in comfort. · The living room features a wood-burning fireplace, Cable TV, and CD/Stereo and
VCD/DVD players. The main deck has a gas BBQ grill.
· The full kitchen has a rangetop and oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer
with icemaker, and dishwasher. Cooking utensils and dining room settings are
provided for our guests.
· There are queen beds in every bedroom and two spacious master suites. The primary master suite has its own deck as well as Cable TV and a VCD/DVD player. · Linens are provided for our guests. A washer and dryer are located in the laundry room leading to the private garage. · Local phone service is included. · Aspen Circle is a No Smoking villa.   
One hour north of Truckee on scenic Highway 89 and an hour from Reno on Highway 70, the Aspen Circle Villa is just minutes from the fine restaurants, shops and museums of Graeagle and Plumas County.
