GRAEAGLE GETAWAY 2005-2006 RENTAL RATES

All rooms are completely furnished, including bed linens and towels.
· Normal cleaning is included in the above rates.
· The villa is available for check-in at 3 pm. Checkout time is 10:30 am.
· The above rates are for 2 guests per night.
· There is an additional charge of $25 per night for each additional
guest (no charge for children 12 and under).
· 9% Plumas County Occupancy Tax will be added to the above rates.
· Our on-site rental management agency adds a "reservation fee" of
$10 per night to the above rates.
· A security/damage deposit is required.
· No pets allowed.
· Aspen Circle is a No Smoking villa.
