About Aspen Villa

41 Aspen Circle is a fully-furnished, pet friently private rental unit at Graeagle's Plumas Pines Estates. The town of Graeagle and its renowned High Sierra golf courses are just minutes from your door.  You can walk to the Middle Fork of the Feather River.
   
  • The 1925-square-foot, 3 bedroom (2 Kings, 1 Queen) 3 bath room Aspen Circle Villa has been completely refurnished  will  accommodate 2 to 10 guests in comfort with additional pullout and futon for expanded sleeping arragements.
  • Top of the line linens are provided for our guests including pillow and dust mite covers.
  • Aspen Circle Villa is pet friendly with additional deposit. 
  • The living room features a wood-burning fireplace, Cable TV with a 42" plasma screen with VCD/DVD player. The main deck has a gas BBQ grill.
  • The full kitchen has an updated rangetop and oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer with icemaker, and dishwasher. Cooking utensils and dining room settings are provided for our guests.

 

 
  • There are two spacious Master Suites with King beds in both and a Guest Suite with a Queen bed. The upstairs Master Suite has its own deck as well as a TV and a VCD/DVD player.
  • A washer and dryer are located in the laundry room leading to the private garage.
  • Local phone service is included.
  • Aspen Circle is a No Smoking villa.

  • One hour north of Truckee on scenic Highway 89 and an hour from Reno on Highway 70, the Aspen Circle Villa is just minutes from the fine restaurants, shops and museums of Graeagle and Plumas County
